Requirements

• Client Onboarding: Provide clients with access to communication platforms, such as Slack, to ensure effective collaboration\n• Hold clients accountable for completing intake forms, supplemented by automated reminders to streamline the process\n• Oversee client onboarding by collecting necessary documentation and ensuring that clients upload required files to shared platforms\n• Assist clients with any issues that arise during the onboarding process, such as document confusion or technical difficulties, to maintain a smooth workflow\n• Participate in calls with clients as needed, providing checklists of required tasks and recording essential funding information\n• Help clients upload statements and other necessary information, and guide them through form completion\n• Coordinate and schedule calls with clients, maintaining consistent communication to ensure accountability\n• Funding Process Assistance: Send funding applications to clients via Slack and hold them accountable for completing these forms in a timely manner\n• Maintain internal tracking sheets to mark clients' progress throughout the funding process, ensuring visibility of each client's status\n• Regularly reach out to clients for status updates on their applications, ensuring they remain engaged and informed\n• Data Entry and Migration: After a client is onboarded, manage the migration of data from multiple documents into a centralized spreadsheet, ensuring the information is organized and accessible for client plan creation\n• Funding Sequence Management (Growth Opportunity): Familiarize yourself with the funding management procedures to effectively support clients\n• Assist in executing the funding sequence by following a step-by-step plan, which includes sending introductory emails and applications, while encouraging clients to adhere to deadlines\n• Continuously follow up with clients to gather status updates on their funding applications\n• Fulfill manual tasks associated with the funding process based on clear instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring that client needs are met efficiently
