• We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist with strong proficiency in Excel to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and preparing customer data for ingestion into the customer platform. • The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, data management, and analysis, as well as a keen eye for accuracy and detail. • This role requires permanent remote work and availability from Monday to Friday within U.S. business hours. • Review, clean, and organize customer data shared in Excel, ensuring consistency and accuracy. • Use Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas) to prepare data for import into the customer platform. • Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, missing values, and formatting errors. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data handoffs. • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data quality standards. • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify data-related queries. • Document and report on data cleaning processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality. • Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for system integration. • Ability to handle large data sets and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience with data management systems or platforms is a plus.
