Description

• Respond to customer queries concerning software and hardware in a timely manner, on Zendesk (ticketing system) • Handling customer technical support cases through Discord (community management system) • Diagnosing and troubleshooting by using internal tools to performing data analysis • Knowing when it’s time to ask for help from a subject matter expert and collaborating with all internal departments • Manage and contribute content in our Help Center portal • Work with our development teams to evolve the internal tools • Help in the development of automated tools such as bot agents

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a tech and/or customer support agent preferably in a hardware company • Developing a solid knowledge of the product and issues that commonly arise • Ability to constantly analyze different situations and finding solutions to problems • Compassionate listener • Maintaining composure and a positive attitude during difficult situations • Excellent verbal communication skills • Excellent English writing skills • Hands on experience with technology preferably in embedded development • Ability to solve technical problems and tinker with hardware and software • Degree in a technology, communications or relevant field • Knowledge of blockchain, IoT or weather sensing related technologies • Don't check all of the boxes?
