Requirements

β€’ Fluent in Swedish β€’ Working proficiency in English β€’ Excellent communication skills β€’ Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory β€’ Soft Skills, advanced Active Listening and Engagement β€’ Confident, adaptable and Empathetic β€’ Pleasant and positive attitude
