Description

β€’ Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues. β€’ Ensure a positive experience with our products and services. β€’ Act as the single-point-of-contact to customers for processing repair orders. β€’ Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions. β€’ Support Customer Order Management departmental goals. β€’ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. β€’ Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Proficiency in computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations. β€’ Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions. β€’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. β€’ A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish and English) are a significant advantage.
