📋 Description
• Audit Manager is responsible for carrying out audit planning, fieldwork and reporting • Communicating observations and recommendations to senior management • Coaching staff and staying current on risks and controls • Lead audit engagements over Risk Management functions • Identify risks and controls in business processes • Prepare and/or review detailed audit documentation • Develop recommendations to improve the control environment • Prepare written audit reports and issue rating evaluations • Monitor business, industry and economic activities for dedicated portfolio • Maintain and continuously improve technical expertise in auditing and banking
🎯 Requirements
• Six plus years of experience in Risk or Audit (internal or external) • Bachelor’s degree in related field required • Prior Banking Industry experience required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organization, analytical and project management skills • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python) • Certification required within 12 months of joining the department
