• This position is responsible for all aspects of an employer’s SFTP implementation experience at HSA Bank. • Lead enrollment and funding SFTP onboarding process for existing and new employers. • Review enrollment and contribution options and work with assigned employers to select the best plan design. • Demonstrate how HSA/FSA/HRA products will function within chosen plan design/configuration. • Be accountable for overall employer onboarding success, ensuring positive experience. • Manage SFTP implementation by developing and maintaining a detailed project plan for each assigned employer. • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective action. • Create and maintain documentation, policies and procedures for assigned tasks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year previous file testing experience. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in project management (preferred). • Strong problem-solving skills. • Comfortable with advocating for employers internally. • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment. • At least 1 year experience with CDH products (HSA, FSA, and HRA). • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability. • Possesses the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality of company and customer.
