• We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company specializing in virtual assistance. • Responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Ensure clients’ needs and goals are met, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. • Monitor client accounts for timely delivery of projects, products, or services. • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution. • Regularly update clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables. • Manage client communication through email, phone, or chat. • Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for client meetings. • Perform data entry, CRM management, and client database updates. • Track client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met. • Facilitate client onboarding and provide continuous support throughout the client lifecycle. • Work with the team to ensure all client-related documentation is up to date and accurate. • Generate and analyze reports on client account performance, including sales data and KPIs. • Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on account data. • Regularly assess account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention. • Conduct research on behalf of clients or internal teams. • Manage calendar and email communications for senior team members. • Assist with social media management or content creation, if necessary. • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in account management or sales roles is a plus. • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally on phone calls and emails. • Solid organizational skills, with experience managing sales pipelines and analyzing performance data. • Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or social media management is essential. • Self-motivated, with a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
