Description

•We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company specializing in virtual assistance for businesses. •Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate sector. •Qualify prospects, set appointments, and follow up with leads. •Manage CRM system, update client information, and track leads. •Maintain communication with potential buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. •Assist in creating and managing email and text marketing campaigns. •Support the real estate team with listing coordination and scheduling showings. •Handle inquiries from clients about properties and services. •Conduct research on potential properties and market trends. •Coordinate with vendors and agents for smooth transaction processes. •Assist with preparing contracts and related documentation. •Generate reports on sales activity and conversion metrics. •Ensure seamless follow-up with prospects to close deals.

Requirements

•Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry •Strong understanding of real estate processes, including lead generation, transaction coordination, and client follow-up •Proficient in CRM systems and sales management tools •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail •Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment •Self-motivated and results-driven •Experience with real estate platforms (e.g., Zillow, MLS, Redfin) is a plus •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online marketing tools
