• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with We Insure’s goals and mission. • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to increase policy adoption and retention, ensuring a seamless user experience. • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of marketing efforts, make data-driven decisions, and iterate strategies accordingly. • Manage and inspire creative teams and external agencies to produce compelling marketing materials, campaigns, and content. • Thrive in a small, nimble startup atmosphere, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills. • Oversee and execute comprehensive public relations strategies, managing both internal and external communications to enhance brand reputation and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. • Show resilience and determination in the face of challenges and maintain focus on long-term goals. • Be a great communicator, both at HQ level and owner/agent, to convey We Insure’s story, mission, and marketing support tools. • Have a working knowledge of planning and supporting live events at the local and national level.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on technology, insurance, or service industries. • Demonstrated success in awareness and user acquisition strategies. • Proficiency in leading and managing creative teams and external agencies. • Track record of marketing leadership in small, startup-mentality companies, with an ability to thrive in dynamic situations. • Resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
