Description

• Lead development of WellSky's Interoperability Platform and Event Hub • Direct and manage product development from design to delivery • Understand business value and align with product roadmap • Partner with cross-functional teams for roadmap maintenance • Drive delivery of new product features with sprint planning • Ensure clarity around focus, priorities, and goals • Manage and communicate expectations to team and stakeholders • Coach, mentor, and supervise team members • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement • Lead incident analysis and resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 6-8 years related work experience • 2-4 years people management work experience • 5+ years of technical leadership experience of engineering teams • Strong comprehension of REST API, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and full-stack application development • Knowledge of Application Security principles and frameworks (Oauth2 etc.) • Experience building highly scalable and reliable platforms • Experience working with Agile teams rolling out software versioning and hot fixes in the support of client requirements • Knowledge of DevOps, Pipelines, CI/CD and Automation using industry standard tools • Excellent written and oral communication skills
