• Development of understanding of the Company's business and services • Promoting competitive value and expertise in the localization industry • Researching and analyzing industries for new business opportunities • Establishing and maintaining client relationships, including account plans, RFPs, SOWs, and quotes • Collaborating with operations to meet client expectations • Defining value proposition and service offerings for existing and new clients • Networking at industry conferences • Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing • Generating a qualified pipeline for new and existing clients • Required sales reporting and accurate forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent work experience • Sales Experience in Technology, Manufacturing, and Entertainment • Experience with sales quota on a monthly/yearly basis • Sales experience in the Translation / Localization space • Understanding and proven track record working with Salesforce or related CRM • Track record of procuring leads, closing and maintaining business • Strong computer skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Detail-oriented • Positive attitude • Outstanding problem-solving skills • Ability to work well with others and independently in a multi-cultural atmosphere
