• The Business Development Director will lead in generating new leads, closing new business, and up-selling within existing client accounts • Development of Company’s business and services understanding • Researching and analyzing industries for business opportunities • Maintaining client relationships and exceeding client expectations • Working in coordination with internal teams and managers for efficient project handling • Participating in industry conferences for networking and building new leads • Managing complete sales cycle • Prospecting via phone, e-mail, and other mediums • Demonstrating and educating value of services to buyers • Accurate planning and reporting of sales metrics • Generation of qualified pipeline for new and existing clients
• Must have Sales Experience in the legal sector (e-discovery, litigation, and IP are the primary areas) • Must demonstrate success in a like industry and position or similar • Must have current experience working with a sales quota on a monthly/yearly basis • Must have experience in Legal Services sector or in the Translation/Localization space • Must have understanding and track record working with Salesforce or related CRM • Track record of procuring leads and maintaining business • Strong computer skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented • Positive attitude • Outstanding problem-solving skills • Ability to work well with others and independently in a multi-cultural atmosphere • Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent work experience
