Requirements

• Educational Background: o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field. o Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or PhD) is a plus. • Professional Experience: o 3+ years in solutioning, technical architecture, or project management roles, preferably in the AI/ML or data services industry. o Proven success in designing and implementing data-centric solutions for enterprise clients. • Skills and Expertise: o Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, data annotation/collection processes, and quality assurance frameworks. o Demonstrated experience creating competitive pricing models and cost analyses. o Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. o Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM software. • ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS: • Technical Expertise: o Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, generative AI workflows, or data curation for advanced AI models. o Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms. • Industry Knowledge: o Expertise in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security best practices. o Prior experience in the linguistics or natural language processing (NLP) domain. • Global Experience: o Experience working in a multicultural environment or managing global projects. o Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for data handling in various regions.
