• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will gain hands-on experience in implementing talent acquisition strategies. • Support with the full life-cycle recruitment process for all Welocalize Business Units and Functions in India and EMEA. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager(s) in delivering best-in-class recruiting services. • Maintain focus on providing excellent customer service to candidates and internal clients. • Support with developing recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates. • Maximise social media channels to develop a strong talent pipeline. • Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with job requirements. • Conduct relevant job-need testing in partnership with hiring managers. • Manage the job offer process for successful candidates with HR teams. • Organise the necessary pre-employment screening processes. • Share recruiting best practices and maintain accurate documentation. • Partner with Business Units on University recruiting/intern programs.
Requirements
• Avid networker who enjoys building long-term relationships with candidates • Strong written and oral communication skills • Willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment, along with the capability to use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and deadlines • Willingness to become an experienced Talent Acquisition partner in a fast-paced, international corporate environment.
