Description
• The Commercial Lines Account Representative is responsible for customer service activities for agents and clients. • Executes strategies to help build stronger relationships with customers. • Supports planning, documentation, and onboarding of new programs.
Requirements
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business, Sales, Distribution Management, or a related field. • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience. • 1 or more years of experience servicing commercial small business in a non-producing role. • Valid Property-Casualty agent license required within 90 days of employment.
