📋 Description

• Oversee the successful execution of Westinghouse’s scope for the Czech/Dukovany project • Manage all aspects of engineering, procurement, change management, customer interface, and onsite construction support • Ensure project is completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of safety and quality • Lead the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives • Ensure compliance with all project, contractual, and regulatory requirements • Primary interface with key stakeholders including executive management • Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources • Prepare project cost expenditure forecasts and progress evaluations • Promote teamwork and effective communication among stakeholders • Develop project records in standard databases and systems • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field • Advanced degree in Business or Engineering preferred • Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-scale engineering, infrastructure, or energy projects • Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with a Korean Customer (Doosan, KEPCO, and/or KHNP) • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and project teams from inception to completion • Strong leadership and team management skills • Experience in working and leading across matrixed organizations • Knowledge of nuclear power plant construction, operations and regulatory requirements is required
