📋 Description
• Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to deliver high-quality insights. • Conducting quality checks on data to ensure it meets established standards and is suitable for analysis. • Analyzing quantitative, qualitative data, and demographic/firmographic data, providing actionable findings for customers. • Working directly with clients to understand their research needs and guide them through study design consultations. • Using strong written communication skills to effectively convey the story behind the data.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in UX research or related fields, with a strong track record in customer-facing roles, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and goals. • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, adept at explaining research results in an accessible way. • Strong working knowledge of consumer experience research, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, as well as research methodologies, with a track record of generating insights from diverse data types. • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling research reports and content. • Skilled in integrating and synthesizing data from multiple sources and in the ability to derive common themes, in order to draw comprehensive insights. • Proactive and self-directed, capable of identifying needs and taking initiative without extensive oversight.
