β€’ As a WEX CX Automation CX Strategist, accountability for effectiveness of marketing automation programs. β€’ Proactively engage with CX Automation Engineering partners and SMEs to design automated experiences. β€’ Demonstrate expertise by staying at the bleeding edge of marketing, industry, and competitor trends. β€’ Work closely with Automation Engineers, fellow SMEs in Revenue and Product Marketing, designers, and data analysts. β€’ Oversee creation of high-quality, behavior-based marketing automation and personalization copy and graphics. β€’ Develop dynamic content strategies based on key moments of opportunity. β€’ Analyze content performance metrics to inform content strategy and optimization efforts. β€’ Drive continuous testing and optimization for improved performance. β€’ Prioritize and oversee delivery of marketing automation content deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. β€’ 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and personalization development, with demonstrated success β€’ Experience in B2B marketing. β€’ Knowledge of lead scoring and lead management best practices. β€’ Experience with A/B testing and experimentation. β€’ Customer lifecycle/CRM marketing strategy β€’ Agency - Client Facing β€’ Graphic design and copywriting expertise β€’ Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, Optimizely), CRM systems, personalization platforms, and analytics tools. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Experience building and segmenting audiences, and a history of driving optimization through a/b testing and use of AI tools. β€’ A demonstrated ability to work with highly abstract concepts and incomplete information yet able to use sound business judgment to provide actionable recommendations to cross functional teams internally
