📋 Description

• Support the Sales and Sales Ops teams in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and generating insights to drive performance. • Assist in CRM data management, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy for pipeline tracking. • Conduct market research on competitors, customer segments, and industry trends. • Help optimize sales processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements. • Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and training materials. • Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. • Receive hands-on sales training, including sales techniques, objection handling, and negotiation skills. • Engage in real-world selling opportunities by shadowing sales calls, conducting prospect outreach, and contributing to revenue-generating activities. • Participate in sales meetings, strategy discussions, and process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Current college student (junior, senior, or recent graduate) pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus). • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • A strong interest in learning sales techniques and gaining direct selling experience.
