Description

• Assist new customers in understanding and utilizing our online portal effectively for account management purposes. • Guide customers through our products ensuring they are equipped with the essential tools for their operations. • Provide hands-on support and training to customers during the initial stages of their account setup, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored and personalized implementation experience. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress through our tracking tool(Salesforce), ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date. • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the implementation process, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. • Must be able to thrive in a deadline and detail-oriented environment. • Must be efficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. • Have excellent communication skills. • Be self motivated.
