📋 Description

• The Director of Field Training Compliance manages, monitors, and maintains field compliance with procedural and operational training programs for airline passenger, cargo, and ground handling processes across North America. • Directs Regional Training Managers and field general managers/station managers and station trainers to ensure personnel receive both initial and recurrent training specific to their job functions. • Evaluates field training compliance to verify that all records are complete and current and that daily operations fully meet government and WFS Standards. • Provides Train–The–Trainer certifications and assists local management personnel and designated station instructors on new procedures, government regulatory bulletins, and training deficiencies. • Verifies all mandated training has been completed by stations and distributes status reports to leadership. • Performs independent station/process audits with a focus on training policies & procedures as needed. • Attends meetings with other managers to assist and inform them of all training, safety, or security-related issues being discussed. • Compiles data to submit to the VP of Training and Quality Assurance to assist in proposals for improvements to processes and procedures. • Leads and assists on special projects and events as needed or performs other duties as required. • Meets with customer/airline representatives when directed as needed for training or audit-related issues.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred. • Two to five years of experience in airline ground handling/cargo safety, security, or training management is required. • Knowledge of Federal Air Regulations regarding to Worldwide Flight Services’ Passenger, Cargo, and Ground Handling operations. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Familiarity with advanced features like pivot tables, macros, and templates enhances productivity and streamlines workflows. • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to work effectively with individuals and groups with a variety of management levels, identities, cultures, backgrounds, and ideologies in a global environment. • Knowledgeable in all appropriate domestic and international guidance and regulations (e.g. TSA, FAA, IATA, OSHA, CBP).
