Description

• Oversee all aspects of internal and external communications. • Ensure a consistent and coherent voice across all business units and channels. • Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy. • Partner with leadership and HR teams for internal communication initiatives. • Oversee media relations, drafting press releases, and enhancing brand visibility. • Collaborate with CEO and executive team for speeches and presentations. • Manage crisis communication plans and act as a key spokesperson. • Lead content strategy for corporate social media platforms and website. • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing communications team.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field. • Proven track record in creating and executing communication strategies at a senior level. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. • A Master’s degree is a plus. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Expertise in media relations, crisis management, and executive communication. • Ability to unify diverse teams under a cohesive messaging framework. • Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in communication tools and platforms.
