Description

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning it with the company's overall objectives. • Oversee all fiscal and regulatory matters of the company. • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization. • Ensure the credibility of the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts. • Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile and ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory actions. • Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. • Proven experience as finance director, or relevant role, preferably in the fintech industry. • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. • Ability to strategize and solve problems. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and people skills. • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers. • CPA is a strong advantage. • Bilingual English - Spanish • The ability to work remotely and manage remote teams.
