• Responsible for focusing on customer insights, Sales Representative performance, cross-selling, and mitigating customer churn. • Analyzes customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behavior. • Provides actionable insights to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. • Evaluates Sales Representatives’ performance metrics. • Collaborates with sales teams to enhance their effectiveness. • Partners with Data Science team to enhance cross-sell data model. • Monitors cross-selling efforts and tracks success rates. • Develops strategies to increase cross-selling opportunities and field adoption, and expands cross-selling to multiple audiences. • Partners with Data Science team and proposes retention strategies and preventive measures to Sales Representatives.

Requirements

• Two+ years’ experience Analyzing Sales and Customer Data - REQUIRED. • Advanced Excel and Intermediate Python skills - REQUIRED. • Experience creating hands-on SQL queries to pull data - REQUIRED. • Experience deriving actionable insights from Customer Data - REQUIRED. • Experience leveraging predictive analytics to drive customer growth (e.g., cross-sell recommendations, customer churn) - REQUIRED. • Experience Identifying and reporting on trends based on the data - REQUIRED. • Excellent Relationship and Communication Skills - REQUIRED. • Keen attention to detail - REQUIRED. • Must be a problem solver with a great attitude and service mentality - REQUIRED.
