📋 Description
• Serve as a vital advisor to clients • Support Client Service Managers (CSMs) and Controllers • Drive positive changes for clients • Mentor team members to enhance growth and capabilities • Develop and assist with strategic business goals • Proactively suggest improvements based on client insights • Review client financials and oversee audits • Conduct training on process improvement and personal development • Participate in evaluating and interviewing prospective team members
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field (required) • CPA or MBA (preferred) • 5+ years experience in public accounting or consulting • Knowledge of income tax and project management • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills • Experience in nonprofit accounting (preferred) • Leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and mentorship • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Integrity, with the ability to work independently • Experience in a paperless environment (preferred)
