📋 Description

• Play a critical role in project success as Construction Manager (Electrical). • Accept ownership of job site activities and personnel, ensuring proper planning and management. • Oversee daily progress reporting and manage construction activities based on standards. • Coach/mentor employees and uphold safety policies. • Build and manage weekly schedules with a forecasted look ahead. • Act as company representative for communication with inspectors and customers. • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and manage efficiency of crews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent experience/education. • Knowledge of electrical construction. • Effective interaction with management, staff, and customers (conference calls, bid walks, etc.). • Competency in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Available for extensive travel (up to 100%), including overnight stays. • Valid driver’s license with a history of safe driving. • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
