β€’ Wild Alaskan Company is looking for a proactive Manager of Integrated Marketing. β€’ Responsible for overseeing the go-to-market calendar and process. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing alignment. β€’ Lead process and operational improvements for efficiency. β€’ Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive growth.

Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. β€’ 4+ years of experience leading marketing initiatives, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry, including 2+ years in a startup or an agency. β€’ Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels. β€’ Proven success in full-stack marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. β€’ Experience in traditional and digital media buying. β€’ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting to changing priorities. β€’ Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to develop and maintain relationships with peers, managers and all levels, across the company. β€’ Passion for Wild Alaskan’s mission.
