• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in B2B content creation, marketing, SEM, and paid advertising, preferably in a SaaS environment targeting healthcare or financial services • Proven experience writing persona-driven content that speaks directly to specific audiences • Proficiency in campaign management, lead generation, and performance analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) • Strong content writing skills with the ability to adapt messaging to various personas and stages of the buyer’s journey • Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices • Experience in supporting virtual and in-person events for brand building and lead generation
