Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing with a focus in team and project coordination • Proven track record managing individuals’ workloads and focus from task assignment to completion • Experience planning and implementing trade shows and conferences, including international events • Proficiency in project management tools, preferably ClickUp • Experience with Shopify, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook Business • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including maintaining a high volume of content distribution to meet the set KPI • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights • Detail-oriented with strong notetaking and documentation skills • Experience using various online tools such as GSuite, Slack, Notion, Zoom, Miro, etc. • Live along the United States West Coast, available between 8:30am and 5:30pm Pacific Time
