Description

• AG1 is looking for a highly skilled Manager, Channel Marketing to join the Brand team and execute the strategic direction and optimization of key marketing channels. • This role will lead the execution of channel-specific initiatives that engage our audience, elevate brand visibility and deliver measurable impact. • Working closely with the Broader Brand team, this role will ensure consistency across all channels while maximizing performance and aligning with our overall brand strategy. • Reporting to the Director, Social Media, the Manager, Channel Marketing will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of strategies that elevate the brand presence of AG1 and drive engagement across various channels including social media and digital platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel management, digital marketing, or brand marketing roles, with proven success in managing and optimizing marketing channels. • Strong knowledge of key marketing channels including social media, email, paid media, and influencer marketing. • Experience with data analysis and performance reporting tools to measure success and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for driving innovation. • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems. • Strong understanding of brand strategy and its application across various channels. • Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with brand, creative, insights and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand presence.
