• Drive sales and expand customer base within the UK market • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and using sales tools to build a robust sales pipeline • Deliver engaging presentations and tailored pitches to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of x-hoppers’ solutions in solving key business challenges • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure successful deals • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels • Work closely with the marketing, sales operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and customer feedback • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to management on progress, key deals, and pipeline health • Lead the process of responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) with tailored solutions that meet client needs • Engage with multiple stakeholders across complex organizations and build structured, value-driven solutions that address client requirements • Lead and manage Proof of Concept (POC) deals to demonstrate the value of x-hoppers’ solutions, working closely with prospects to tailor the POC to their specific needs, ultimately proving value and scaling the deal • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally 3-5 years, with a focus on account acquisition and relationship management • Experience working on complex, mid-market deals, including the ability to handle RFI, RFP, multi-threaded sales processes, and POC deals • Demonstrated success in managing POC deals to prove the value of a solution and scale the deal within the mid-market segment • A proven ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure high-value agreements • Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and the ability to track and manage sales activities effectively • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments
