Description

• Manage client engagements and audit teams from start to completion. • Develop and manage audit plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets. • Lead team meetings and mentor lower-level staff. • Oversee the planning and execution of performance audits and provider assessments. • Maintain client relationships and provide high-quality deliverables. • Support business development and the growth of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; master’s degree preferred. • CPA required; MBA, CGFM, CDFM, CIA, CFR, PMP, or CISA desirable. • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including 1-3 years at the manager level. • Familiarity with government auditing standards, GAAS, and GAAP. • Experienced in financial statement audits, performance audits, compliance audits, or cost accounting audits. • Must be willing and able to travel domestically, up to 10%. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
