Description

• The SBA Loan Auditor will work in the Consulting Department and assist with Lender Oversight Reviews • Complete loan file reviews to determine compliance with SBA 7(a) requirements • Utilize proprietary software to draft findings from loan file reviews • Prepare internal reports for SBA Risk Based Review reports

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years' recent experience with SBA 7(a) loan programs • 5+ years of recent experience in commercial loan activities at regulatory agencies or similar organizations • Working knowledge of SBA’s 7(a) Loan Program Requirements including Loan application process • Understanding of SOP eligibility requirements • Ability to analyze financial information and identify credit risks • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and Teams applications • Bachelor’s degree a plus or 10+ years’ SBA 7(a) loan experience in lieu of degree
