Description

• Responsible for development and advancement of Aircraft Reliability product. • Build vision for the Reliability software product and oversee a dedicated team. • Report product status and performance to leadership, updating stakeholders regularly. • Create and maintain a strategic roadmap aligning with company objectives. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of College Diploma in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Project Management or related discipline. • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the aviation or software industry. • Strong decision-making skills for guiding teams through major product upgrades and enhancements. • Proven track record of launching and managing successful software products. • Strong organizational skills for managing team resources and determining staffing needs with autonomy. • Strong public speaking skills to represent the Reliability product at external and internal events. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to serve and maintain as the primary advocate and point of contact for the product.
