• The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and execution of operations within the organization • This role ensures that business processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals • The Senior Operations Manager will lead and mentor a team of operations professionals • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 7-10 years of experience in operations & management • The ideal candidate should possess international working experience • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software
