Description

• The Senior Institutional Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Mantle Network's presence within the institutional market. • This role involves developing and managing relationships with Venture Capital firms, Hedge Funds, and other institutional investors. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain space, strong connections within the institutional investment community, and a proven track record of closing high-impact deals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, investment banking, venture capital, or a similar role within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry. • Established relationships with Venture Capital firms, Hedge Funds, and institutional investors. • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader crypto landscape. Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions is a plus. • Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
