Description
• At the forefront of Service-Centric IT • Help clients align core competencies of process, organization, information and technology • Participate in all technical aspects of delivering customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Advise clients on best practices to create lasting value • Collaborate with virtual team members • Contribute on multiple Agile engagements • Innovate and identify reusable solutions on future engagements • Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current
Requirements
• 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow (SN) , specifically ITAM • Comprehensive understanding of SN Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and SN Software Asset Management (SAM) • Experience implementing SAM SaaS connections (Microsoft O365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, etc.) • Experience with complex license metrics/reconciliations (IBM, Oracle, etc.) • Demonstrated experience in at least one other area of ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM) • Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment • Additional ServiceNow certifications • ITIL Certification
