📋 Description

• WIN is looking for a US-Certified CPA to lead accounting and financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning. • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with US-based companies and a deep understanding of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financial processes. • This is a remote, full-time position based in India, working closely with India and US teams. • Oversee month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with US GAAP. • Diligently manage monthly accounts receivables and revenue collection. • Supervise bookkeeping, ensuring financial records are accurate and audit ready. • Perform cost analysis, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for savings. • Work closely with US-based external tax and audit accounting firms to optimize deductions, credits, and financial strategies. (Note: No direct tax filing responsibilities.) • Ensure internal financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and reports to leadership, helping align financial planning with business goals. • Support budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in US accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. • Valid US CPA license, or CPA exams cleared with licensure in progress. • Strong knowledge of US GAAP compliance standards. • Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, or similar accounting software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working remotely and coordinating across US and India time zones.
