Wing Assistant is looking for an Executive Team Supervisor to elevate our Virtual Assistants' performance, ensuring top-notch service across various industries! • About the Role: • As our Executive Team Success Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in leading, coaching, and managing our remote Virtual Assistant team. In this position, you will focus on guiding team members to reach their fullest potential while fostering a collaborative, client-centric environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams. • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation. • Proven ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve their goals and grow in their roles. • Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback. • Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, Gsuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones. • Availability to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week. • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
