Description

• FreshChat Sales Support Representative • Responsible for answering inquiries relating to the company’s products and services • Assisting customers with sales • Informing clients of products and/or services or add-ons that may or may not have been considered previously • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • 3+ years of experience with sales chat-based customer support or related role • Comfortable with Chat-based Service tools (Zendesk, FreshDesk, Zoho, etc.) • Comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc) • Understanding of online software (SaaS) services and/or technology-based solutions • Positive attitude with the desire to contribute to the success of the company and the ability to remain professional while under pressure from customers • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Above average typing speed
