β€’ Competitive Comp Structure & Earning Potential! β€’ Selling Life Changing Products! β€’ Managing Top Performing Fully Remote Sales Teams! β€’ Evaluates lead flow ratios and rep capacity on a daily basis β€’ Works closely with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives to ensure profitable return on ad spend for our accounts β€’ Tracks and monitors sales reps’ pipelines to ensure best lead management practices β€’ Consistently managing out of the CRM to find and prevent missed opportunities β€’ Run all daily sales syncs β€’ Create sales trainings for sales training center (STC) β€’ Enforce adherence to sales process SOPs β€’ Reviews and analyzes calls recordings and creates call reviews for training purposes β€’ Helps strategize deals with sales reps to increase sales β€’ Maintains projections and manages sales quotas β€’ Track and evaluate sales rep performance to make data driven decisions β€’ Exemplify the WFS core values & display rep spotlights β€’ Review all end of day reports from sales reps β€’ Attend all account status meetings β€’ Study account offers/product knowledge (training center resident expert) β€’ Communicate staffing needs based on capacity & performance β€’ Assist the CSO & recruiting team in interviewing and hiring new sales reps β€’ Onboarding, training, and ramping new sales reps β€’ Identify sales enablement assets & process improvements β€’ Work with the sales integrators on all data, reporting, & CRM accuracy β€’ Communicate to sales integrator all tech related tasks β€’ Takes complete revenue ownership

Requirements

β€’ You have sales management experience managing large teams β€’ You have extensive experience working in lead generation based businesses β€’ You are great at managing the qualitative side of sales (culture, training, rep development) AND quantitative side of sales (data, sales metrics, performance KPIs, and quotas) β€’ You have a bunch of experience driving efficiency through tech stack & process to minimize revenue leakage β€’ You have experience managing sales teams in the high ticket alternative education space (huge plus) β€’ You understand the importance of sales enablement & can help ideate & give input on sales material β€’ You know how to lead and motivate high intensity sales teams β€’ Sales tech and spreadsheets don't stress you out β€’ You understand the importance of establishing a feedback loop with marketing β€’ You’ve had challenges finding your current role exciting β€’ You’re stuck in a mundane repeatable process working in a static environment β€’ You believe in the power of data and use it to make informed decisions β€’ You enjoy fast paced energetic environments β€’ You LOVE learning new things & having fun at the same time
