β’ 3+ years' experience in sales, preferably programmatic display/video β’ Experience with Boostr (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) β’ Strong understanding of Google Suite β’ Strong experience with client interaction β’ Bachelor's degree β’ Proactive, solutions-oriented and resourceful β’ Passion for learning about trends in the ad tech space β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with team members β’ Ability to think and react quickly β’ Web/tech savvy a must (ability to quickly learn and master new programs/interfaces) β’ Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing β’ Very strong written and verbal communication skills β’ Strategic and analytical mindset β’ Demonstrated history of success in sales, hitting or exceeding sales goals
