• WithersRavenel is a multidisciplinary firm creating inspiring places one person, one project, and one community at a time. • We are a 100% employee owned (ESOP) company. • Provide remote training experiences to individuals and teams. • Provide post-implementation technical support for clients. • Actively collaborate with SMEs, project managers, client officers, business development, and sales to deliver successful client experiences. • Independently lead client kick-off calls to determine project schedules. • Escalate client issues to appropriate WR team member. • Build and deliver configuration documentation and final reports. • Engage in Company, Department, and Team meetings routinely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field • Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision • Strong client-facing project management skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Analytical thinking and the ability to distill complex problems to simple solutions • Execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proven track record of fostering existing client relationships • Demonstrate personal investment in your career • Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking • Ability to pass the IAM certification exam within the first 90 days of employment • Prior Implementation Consultant experience (Preferred) • Training/teaching experience (Preferred) • Technical background in GIS, Asset Management, Engineering, Finance, or Databases (Preferred) • Project Manager training and/or certifications (Preferred)
