• Develop and maintain internal QAQC checklists. • Develop and maintain learning modules to aid in plan development for new hires. • Develop and maintain training materials for both internal and external stakeholders. • Develop tools to track KPIs and maintain matrixes. • Assist with improving and developing new templates and standards for final work products. • Key Role: QA/QC project staff’s deliverables before final submission. • Works with the Regulatory Project Staff Supervisor to help mentor, train, and supervise junior project staff as needed. • Maintain and establish in-house technical protocols/workbooks. • Monitor changes in regulations and keep in-house teams up to date. • Support AMD with business development. • Update and maintain various regulatory compliance plans such as Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, engineering, or related fields, or 15 years of equivalent experience. • Must have ten (10) or more years of experience with the following regulatory documents: SPCC Plans, FRPs (USCG/EPA), OSRPs (PHMSA) • 10+ years of experience with oil and gas operations. • Advanced level: Demonstrated knowledge of environmental regulations related to the energy or manufacturing industries and recent experience in preparing or auditing plans and/or permits pertinent to such requirements. • These regulations include but are not limited to the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Oil Pollution Act of 1990, and Resources Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) • Advanced level: Demonstrated knowledge of common industry practices, e.g., API 653/570, standard operating procedures, such as for handling dry cargo, liquid cargo, and hazardous material. • Advanced level: Demonstrated knowledge of practices used to address clients’ unexpected emergencies, such as the National Incident Management System (NIMS), Incident Command System (ICS), crisis management, and emergency response. • Must have recent plan writing experience; complete documents start-to-finish (lead, not contributor). • Ability to interact and/or market with both new/existing clients. • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and travel on short notice. • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (oral and written). • Detail-oriented, has good presentation skills, and can present in public. • Mentorship and proven leadership skills. • Capable of training in large group settings. • When needed, able to support company responders with drills/exercises and/or actual incidents.
