🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of success in field operations or a related role, with at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity • Ability to continuously execute on deliverables and meet deadlines • Demonstrated ability to interpret GTM policies • Strong problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. • Proficiency with operational systems and tools, such as Salesforce and Excel. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
