• Develop and own the strategic direction of all GTM-owned tools (existing and future requirements), aligned to the organization’s overall objectives and priorities. • Be responsible for supporting the selection, implementation, and integration of GTM Systems and Tools, including CRM, sales automation, and analytics platforms. • Be the centralized GTM voice and point of contact for wider Wiz System and Tooling initiatives. • Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides to minimize institutional knowledge and maximize consistency. • Provide support and guidance to a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Be the subject matter expert on industry trends with technology, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales systems and tools, and make continual recommendations for innovation and optimization.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • At least 7 years’ experience of success in Program Management or a related role, owning complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation through to successful implementation. • A strong personal passion for technology and leveraging it to maximize productivity in a business setting. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and analytics platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create polished, simplified summaries where appropriate for senior stakeholders. • Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
