Description

• Responsible for overseeing BDR operations and the technical aspects of marketing operations. • Align marketing strategies with BDR organization’s goals and objectives. • Ensure systems, processes, and people are in place to hit global targets. • Partner with the BDR organization on strategic projects. • Oversee lead lifecycle, scoring, and GDPR compliance across marketing and BDRs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. • Optimize lead scoring workflows and processes to maximize ROI. • Troubleshoot and identify issues with lead distribution and scoring. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize marketing processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, BDR operations, or similar roles • Knowledgeable of all facets of the MarTech stack for typical B2B tech companies • Analytical and have experience scaling systems across marketing and sales • Excellent communicator and collaborator at all levels of an organization • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
