Description

• Generate shareholder value through consultative retention approach for Small/Medium Business customers • Manage existing business relationships and achieve retention goals • Develop and implement sound retention strategies • Utilize negotiation efforts to preserve business and secure contract agreements • Proactive outreach and account retention to maintain positive business performance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) • One (1) year of WM experience or five (5) years of business to business account management at a proficient level • Bilingual - French & English - spoken and written • Ability to effectively convert customer cancellation requests • Ability to build relationships (highly competent) • Ability to set goals • Proficient in time management • Proficient in computer skills • High impact communication • Planning and organization • Ability to negotiate (highly competent) • Financial acumen
