β’ 3+ years proven track record of exceeding sales targets. β’ Solid networking and prospecting skills. β’ Must have proven experience in conducting demonstrations (demos) of solutions. β’ Negotiating and influencing business decisions. β’ Closing skills. β’ Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think independently, and anticipate needs related to future work. β’ Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market, preferably with a reputation for providing a level of expert knowledge within your industry. β’ Strong people skills, including the ability to partner both internally and externally. β’ Ability to manage own territory/account and monitor resources accordingly. β’ Demonstrated experience conveying value proposition to clients. β’ Excellent presentation skills. β’ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). β’ Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software.
